High Stakes Poker

London Update

I am in London playing several events that will include the $100,000 buy-in high stakes poker game. And in a few days, my dear friend Howard Lederer and most of the FullTilt gang will be present also.

I made the final of the World Poker Open again this year – last year I was 4th – this time I finished in 6th. I lost all my chips with K-K vs 10-10 but most of the money went in on a flop of 10-J-3 and a lady by the name of Pipa who beat me in that hand, won it all. Noah Boeken did the show with me and I am sure it will be a good series that will air all around, in a few weeks.

Japan update

I am done in Japan had a tough poker trip but life is not ment to be easy. In the end I got even which is great I have not played well and this happens to me but I did work hard to get my 400k back and was in front over 300k with a few hands left but just gave it all away in the last 30 minutes of my trip. Had some sick beats though and distractions away from poker like the basketball whcih was massive the greeks beating team usa was sick they played like gods and I wish I could play poker like they did that day.

I am in London now and will play in the World Poker open semi fianal Tuesday hope I show some form I got some good players to beat.
