Q:Do I need to be connected to the Internet to play?

A:Yes. You must be connected to the Internet to log in and play.

Q:How can I uninstall TonyGPoker?

A:In Control Panel -> Add or Remove Programs, highlight TonyGPoker and click the Remove button.

Q:I downloaded the software but now I cannot find it, what should I do?

A:Click Start, then Search. Search Files or Folders for TonyGPoker. When it is found, double click the file's icon to begin the installation. If you cannot find the downloaded file, just download again and save to your Desktop so you can find it easily.

Q:I downloaded the software. How do I find the games and start playing?

A:Double click the TonyGPoker shortcut on your Desktop (or click Start, then Programs, then TonyGPoker). Enter your username and password in the login dialog box and click the Login button.

Q:What do I need in order to start playing poker?

A:TonyGPoker is implemented through a software program that you download to your computer. You need to be able to download and install the TonyGPoker client software. The client software enables you to connect to the TonyGPoker server. If you do not have administrator permissions on your computer, please ensure that the Windows user profile you are using has permission to download and install software. You will also need a TonyGPoker username and password to log in.

Q:Can I play TonyGPoker from my Web browser?

A:No. You can play TonyGPoker only through the downloaded application (the client software).

Q:When downloading should I run from its current location or save? If I have to save, where do I save it?

A:Choose Open (or Run), to begin the download/installation. When the installation is complete, close the dialog box, and then locate the new file on your Desktop and double click it to play. If you choose to Save the file instead, we recommend saving it to a location where you can find it easily, such as the desktop. Once the download is complete, locate the file and double click it to begin installation.

Q:Why can't I find the TonyGPoker shortcut on my desktop?

A:You may not have installed the TonyGPoker software yet. Find the downloaded file TonyGPoker.exe, and double click it to begin the installation. When the installation is complete, you should have a TonyGPoker shortcut on your Desktop.
