World Series of Poker Terms and Conditions

1. TonyGPoker and the iPoker Network will award seats to the 2008 World Series of Poker (WSOP) Main Event and Side Events, which will be staged in Las Vegas in June and July 2008.

2. The value of the WSOP seat will be approximately $14,000, and will include the buy-in to the Main Event, travel and accommodations.

3. Seats to the WSOP will be awarded to the winners of Titan Poker's W.S.O.P. Super Satellite tournaments, according to the schedule which will be determined by Titan Poker

4. The minimum number of players in the Super Satellite tournament will be 25. One seat to the WSOP will be awarded for every 40 players in the Super Satellite. The remaining prize pool (if any), will be distributed according to Titan Poker's standard tournament payout structure.

5. Direct buy-ins to the Super Satellite Main Event will be available at a cost of $500 + $35.

6. Seats at the Super Satellite can be won at ongoing sit 'n' go satellites and Multi-Table Qualifiers as listed on the website and in the software.

7. First prize at the Super Satellite is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be converted to cash.

8. Winner of two packages to WSOP main event (either through the WSOP 2008 jackpot Sit'n'Go or through the network satellite structure) will be able to cash out the cheaper package and receive the entire package value into his poker account.

9. It is the individual winner's responsibility to ensure that all travel documents (passport and visa, as required) are in order and to obtain any required travel and medical insurance. Lack of proper travel documents may be grounds for disqualification. TonyGPoker reserves the right to book all travel and accommodation.

10. By entering the WSOP Super Satellite or satellites, players agree that their real names, aliases and images can be used for promotional purposes.

11. By entering the WSOP Super Satellite or satellites, players agree that, should they win a WSOP seat, they will wear TonyGPoker apparel (hats and/or T-Shirts) provided to them and will wear the apparel in accordance with the instructions of TonyGPoker management.

12. Awarding of any and all prizes is at the sole discretion of TonyGPoker management and any decisions taken by management in this regard are final.

13. Decisions as to players' eligibility to enter the WSOP Super Satellite and/or satellites and to remain in and compete in same are at the sole discretion of TonyGPoker management and any decisions taken by management in this regard are final.

14. TonyGPoker management reserves the right to deny entry to the WSOP Super Satellite and satellites and/or remove a player or disqualify a player from same and any decisions taken by management in this regard are final.

15. TonyGPoker management reserves the right to change and/or cancel the rules and structure of the WSOP Super Satellite and satellites at its sole discretion. Any decisions taken by management in this regard are final.

16. Players must be at least 21 years of age to participate in any of the tournaments.

17. TonyGPoker shall in no way be liable for any injuries, losses, damages or expenses suffered or incurred by any winner of a Package as a direct or indirect result of accepting the WSOP seat and participating in the WSOP in Las Vegas.

18. TonyGPoker cannot advise on the tax position of winners, as some jurisdictions treat poker wins as tax free, while in other jurisdictions such proceeds are taxable. If the winnings are taxable in your jurisdiction, you are solely responsible to keep track of and report your winnings to the appropriate authorities. Likewise, TonyGPoker cannot advise on whether the playing of poker over the Internet is lawful in your jurisdiction. You must establish that your participation on TonyGPoker is lawful in your own jurisdiction.
